Dean’s Stove & Spa, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have.

- Request a quote, schedule a service or installation, or make a purchase

Text Messaging (SMS)
We use text messaging to communicate directly with customers about their quotes, orders, service visits, and installations.
How we obtain your consent. We only text customers who have given us their mobile number and agreed to be contacted by text. That consent is given in one of three ways: in person at the time of sale, including on signed paperwork that captures your phone number; by submitting a form on our website; or by texting us first.
What we send. Messages between you and our sales, service, and installation staff — for example requesting or receiving photos and measurements, scheduling and confirming service and installation appointments, answering questions about your order, and account or balance reminders related to your installation date.
Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services, such as customer service or our telephone provider, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. You may also ask any member of our staff to remove your number.
For help, reply HELP to any message, call us at (860) 621-5311, or email .
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business — for example our phone system provider, payment processor, or email platform — solely to perform services on our behalf and only as needed to do so. We may also disclose information where required by law.
As stated above, mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Your Rights
You have the right to access and correct your personal information. You may withdraw your consent for us to use your personal information for marketing purposes at any time, and you may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
