What should I send for a design consultation?
Send a clear photo of the room or outdoor area, a description of your project and your Connecticut town. A wider view and a second angle are useful. Bring room measurements, existing fireplace dimensions or blueprints to your consultation.
Can you work from a blueprint?
Yes. Dean’s design team can use a blueprint or floor plan as a starting point for a room or outdoor living concept featuring products we carry. Contact us to arrange how to share your plans.
Can I preview a fireplace in my existing room?
Yes. A photo of your room can help our team visualize a fireplace or stove in the space and discuss product and design options with you.
Is a rendering an installation plan?
No. A visualization illustrates the proposed appearance. Product dimensions, clearances, venting, site conditions and installation requirements must be confirmed separately using the selected product’s manufacturer instructions and a site-specific review.
